Ground Floor: The entry level features a spacious and cozy living room with a dining table, a sitting area, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You will also find a modern, fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A guest WC is conveniently located on this floor.

First Floor: Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be arranged as a double, while the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed.

Basement: The basement includes a fully equipped gym, a fourth bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The property has several flights of stairs, which connect all three floors.

The villa also features a private pool (not heated) with an integrated Jacuzzi (not heated but does have relaxing bubbles) and a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners while soaking in the breathtaking sea views. A barbecue is also available for al fresco dining experiences.
